Women parliamentarians rally in Ceyhan

Prior to the meeting titled "Heydar Aliyev Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline is a guarantor of peace, security, stability and development in the region", event participants met with Ceyhan local authorities. Prime Minister of Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdogan also participated in the event.

According to AzerTAg, congratulation letters of President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, President Mikhail Saakashvili of Georgia and Ahmet Necdet Sezer of Turkey were read out during the event.

The meeting was followed by a concert of Azerbaijani and Turkish artists.
