Azerbaijani President decrees to grant 1941-1945 war participants

As APA reports, participants of the Great Patriotic War will be paid 100 manats and widows of fighters died in battles or afterwards, persons conferred orders and medals for selfless labor in home front, workers of special groupings, who fulfilled errands for army and fleet in back boundaries of fighting fronts or operation zones of fighting fleets, persons conferred medals and badges for defense of Leningrad city during the Second World War will be paid 50 manats as lump sum allowance.

4 million manats will be allocated form the state budget for this purpose. The relevant bodies have been ordered to implement relevant measures resulting from the decree.
