According to APA, in the first four months of this year, 93 crimes were deliberate manslaughters or attempts to manslaughter, 62 premeditated assaulting and 8 were kidnapping. 72 of these crimes were perpetrated by foreigners. It turned out that 12 percent of these unveiled crimes were committed by previously sentenced, 10 percent by gang, 3 percent by drunk persons and 2 percent by juvenile offenders.
5090 law violators were found out, and 71 of them were called to account for their offenses in January-April. 87 of them were in the age of capable to work but unemployed. 14% were women offenders and 8% previous criminals. 4% of law violators were drunk and 3% juvenile offenders.
