Communications and IT Minister to visit Uzbekistan

The visit is upon invitation of Leonid Raman, Russian Minister of Communications and Information Technologies, and Abdulla Aripov, Uzbek Deputy Prime Minister and Communications and Informatization Agency Chief Director.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Azerbaijan Republic informs that the agenda of the session covers discussions on implementation of Global Summit on Information Society Tunisia stage II resolutions, World Conference on Telecommunications Development results run by International Telecommunication Alliance (ITA) and its development prospects by 2010, preparation to World Radio Communication Conference, RCU administration attendance in ITA authorized conference in Turkey in November, telecommunications between CIS countries, mail regulations and TV broadcasting issues regulation, APA reports.
