International organizations donated $633 mln for refugees

It is known how much the international financial organization will donate in next years to Azerbaijan for the improvement of living conditions of refugees and IDPs, Gurban Sadigov, Cabinet of Minister's refugee and IDP problems department chairman, stated.

He said that the World Bank intends to donate $11.1mn, Islamic Development Bank $14.5mn, Asian Development Bank $19 mn and besides, international humanitarian organizations will aid Azerbaijan with $30mn.

These organizations have to date donated $663mn to Azerbaijan since 1992 of which $335 mn was given by US organizations, $90mn by UN agencies, and 238 mn by other countries, APA reports.
