Azerbaijanis dismissed from foreign oil companies appealed to European Court

Azerbaijanis working at foreign oil companies appealed to European Court for violation of their labor rights.

Mirvari Gehremaniva, Oilmen Rights Defense Committee chairwoman told the APA though dismissed Firdovsi Orujov (BP), Alishirin Mamiyev (Boss Shelf), Zakir Ibrahimov (Mac Dermott) appealed to court for reinstatement, the court rejected their appeal. One of the appeals sent to European Court is by SOCAR former worker Azer Guliyev.
