President Aliyev decrees to grant scholarship to 100 newly entered university students

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev today issued an executive order to grant scholarship to 100 newly entered university students.

The President's press service told the APA 25 students on the first group of profession, 26 students on the second, 26 on the third, 22 on the fourth and one on the fifth group will receive presidential grant.
