Prosecutor's Office asked the court for Haji Mammadov's interrogation on Elmar Huseynov murder

The Prosecutor's Office of Republic sent an appeal to the Grave Crimes Court for the continuation of the criminal case #637 launched on the murder of Monitor journal editor-in-chief Elmar Huseynov.

Judge Ali Seyfaliyev told the APA the Prosecutor's Office asks for permission from the court for inquiring Haji Mammadov and other gang members - Musa Dabuyev, Aslanbek Kentamirov, Farhad Mammadbayov, Nizami Abdullayev and Musa Mammadov from September 18 till 23.

The Judge said the court gave a positive reply to the letter, and the trial has been delayed till September 25.
