Chingiz Ganizadeh: "Pardon decree may be issued in Azerbaijan on the eve of PACE session"

Chingiz Ganizadeh, member of the working group of government and NGOs representatives told that, according to regulations, presidential pardon is granted every three months.

"We expected pardon decree in July but it did not come. It is much likely will be issued in October," he said, APA reports.

Ganizadeh also said the Pardon Commission members also say they are discussing this issue, "We were informed by the detention places that the documents of some prisoners are being analyzed".
