Haji Mammadov: "Zakir Nasirov wanted me to kill Saray residents Mehman Samadov and Novruz Ismayilov"

Samir Guliyev, the director of KNAUF Company where Rena Nesibova worked gave testimony. "Rena worked in our company since 1999. She was well-educated and active woman. I came to the site after Rena's death. Before leaving the office, somebody came to see Rena, they went to other room. I did not hear anything while I was there," Samir Guliyev said.

Guliyev said that he does not know anything about her relations with Chechen and Novruz Nuriyev. He said that Rena had relation with Agha and she got acquainted with him through her brother Shamil Nesibov.

Maharram Bagirov gave testimony on the episode of Urvan Bagirov's kidnapping; he said that his brother was kept for 39 days. "I was called and demanded money. They called me by my brother's mobile phone and asked $ 1mn, we gave $ 650 000 and they released my brother. Two video-cassettes and a letter were sent during the period that Urvan was a hostage. They were threatening and demanding money," Bagirov said.

Terane Samadova, Tehran Samadov, Talat Samadov gave testimony on the episode of Mehman Samadov's death. The witnesses said that they suspected of Mammadbeyov and it is not right that he was killed because of passport.

It should be noted that, Haji Mammadov said in his testimony that he bought stolen passports from Mehman Samadov and Novruz Ismayilova for buying mobile phones to call the families of kidnapped persons and killed them because of suspicious. Tehran Samadov said that he appealed to Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov.

Haji Mammadov said that Zakir Nasirov, former chief of Interior Ministry Crime Investigation Department asked him to kill them. "I did not kill Mehman and Novruz self-willed. Zakir Nesirov asked me to do it," Mammadov said.

Ziya Gedimov and Nadir Nebiyev gave testimony on the episode of Ogtay Babayev's kidnapping.
