Allahshukur Pashazadeh: "Transit of narcotics to our country is preplanned policy"

They had a meeting with representatives of religious communities and mosques in Lenkeran State Drama Theater, APA reports.

Hidayat Orujov expressed satisfaction with the stable religious situation in the region and the government's right policy in this direction, which demonstrates tolerance.

"But we observe varied intentions which have no prospects," he said.

Orujov said propagandizing national moral values in the society should be strengthened. He expressed concern over early marriages in remote villages.

Allahshukur Pashazadeh commenting on the transit of narcotics to Azerbaijan from some countries, said that this is a preplanned policy, which aims to damage our genefond. He said opium is smuggled to the country which aims at addicting people to drugs.

The Committee chief and Sheikhulislam had analogous meetings in Astara and Lerik regions.
