Turkish ambassador holds meeting in Azerbaijan's Council for Press

Aflatun Amashev, head of the Council for Press, familiarized the Turkish ambassador with the work carried out by his structure for regulation of relations between media and public, media and authorities.

Kilich stressed the role of media in deepening mutual ties and familiarization of peoples.

The Turkish diplomat noted that the purpose of the visit is the closer familiarization with Azerbaijani media.

The sides also discussed holding events on the 90th jubilee of Nuru Pasha who played a historical mission in releasing our country from Armenian-Russian occupants in the 1920s.
