Judge dismissed for corruption in Azerbaijan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on long-term suspension of the powers of Latif Adil oghlu Nabiyev, judge of the Surakhani district court of Baku, according to AzerTag.

It should be noted that the Court-Legal council decided to dismiss Surakhany district judge Nabiyev for committing corruption law offense with abuse of powers.
