Narimanov District Police Office appeals against court decision on reopening Abu Bakr mosque

He said that the court decision would not be executed unless the local court considered the appeal.

Religious Community "Narimanov District religious men" had sued  the Narimanov District Police Office in connection with the closure of Abu Bakr mosque.

On October 27 Narimanov district court passed a decision to reopen Abu Bakr mosque.

Deputy Chief of Narimanov District Police Office Akbar Ismayilov confirmed the fact to APA and added that the court would reconsider the case.
