Uzeir Cafarov: "To reject existence of facts of bullying in Azerbaijani army is similar to rejection of every-day sunrise"

He noted that earlier it was just mentioned in talks, while recently two videotapes about facts of bullying which appeared in the internet, are a proof of the previously discussed information.

"One of the reasons of the facts of bullying within the Azerbaijani army is an age limit, defined for recruitment from 18 to 25 years old. If people with such an age gap serve simultaneously, the facts of bullying are impossible to avoid.

A father and a son served in the same unit of the Defense Ministry two years ago. We should reduce this age gap of the conscripts", said Cafarov.
