The format of the psychological component of the terrorist act is obvious, said political scientist Rashad Rzakuliyev speaking of the recent tragedy at the Azerbaijan State Oil Acasemy.

"Only the adequate actions of powers and openness of information sources that commented on the incident immediately after it occurred, have prevented the further escalation of tensions.
I did put forward two versions of what happened, not excluding, by the way, the possibility of the existence and versions of a single murderer. But today I do not believe much in this version. God forbid that I was mistaken. I hope that the investigation will give all the answers to our questions, decode bloody message of the crime to our society", said the political scientist.
He also did not rule out the possible link of the tragedy to the dynamics of the geopolitical processes ongoing in the region.
"It is only by external image. Anyway, even if we take as a basis that this crime has deeper roots than we know today, the conditional orderers of the tragedy have not reached their goal and will not be able to reach", said the political scientist stressing the three reasons for that.
"First, the political space of the country is sufficiently stable and monolithic. The majority of the public has defined its priorities and has a clear direction of development in the context of the political course of the current government. Azerbaijani people does not intend to change the stable development policy of the president for someone's "games of chaos".
Second, the information space of the country is tightly controlled by the public and the state. Possibilities of psychological sabotage in this area are very limited.
Third, the foreign policy area, where today there is an active presence of Azerbaijan, is reducing the risk of the impact of such methods on us.
Anyway, in case forces that decided to correct our history with marks of blood, are found the Azerbaijani public and the state can will always find the resources for adequate response", concluded Rzakuliyev.
