State Committee: Orphanages, functioning in Azerbaijan, might be abolished by 2015

Orphanages, functioning in Azerbaijan might be eliminated by 2015, said Chairman of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Hijran Huseynova.
She noted that the form of these structures will be changed and brought in line with world standards.

H. Huseynova noted that Azerbaijan does not pay much attention to the upbringing of children in a healthy psychological environment: "From now on special attention will be paid to the development of this field".
