The Japanese may be included into the curriculum in Baku schools, Education Minister Misir Mardanov told journalists.

"We will shortly discuss the issue with Japan. The Japanese will be taught in several schools in Baku," Mardanov said.
Recently, Mardanov has visited Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. "During my visits to these countries I have discussed with education ministers cooperation in the education sphere. The Japanese Education Minister has been invited to Azerbaijan," Mardanov said.
Russian, English, French and German are taught in Azerbaijani schools.
