President of National Academy of Science of Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan might soon add to the list of top twenty countries with developed science

"Today Azerbaijan is ranking 38th for the level of scientific and technical progress (to compare, Armenia is on the 57th place and Georgia on the 100th). I suppose we have few spheres, in which Azerbaijan would take such a relatively high place", said Kerimov in the interview.

"This proves quite high scientific potential of our country, which has not been lost and has all chances to add to the list of top twenty countries, if we pay much attention to it", added he.

In this case, Azerbaijan will have great scientific achievements and Nobel laureates, noted Kerimov.
