President of Azerbaijan's ANS Group of Companies meets serious traffic accident (UPDATE)

Employees of ANS Group of Companies have met a traffic accident.

The incident took place at about 19:00 in Navakhi village of Hajigabul region on Aug. 30.

The tire of the front wheel of Hyundai minibus heading from Sheki to Baku after a concert dedicated to the memory of National Hero Chingiz Mustafayev came out and the bus rolled over several times as a result.

President of ANS Group of Companies Vahid Mustafeyev, company’s adviser for media affairs Mais Mammadov, employee Yuri Stepanovic, head of ‘Nara’ Fashion House under the company Renara Shamsiyeva and a driver suffered injuries.

The injured was hospitalized with the Central Hospital. All of them expect Mustafayev were later discharged. Mustafayev continues treatment at the hospital.

Mustafayev's state is stable, Deputy Director General of the Central Clinic Jeyhun Topchubashov said.

"Vahid Mustafayev has been taken to the hospital with a craniocerebral injury. He has received first medical aid and there is no need for surgery yet. His state is stable," the chief doctor said.

ANS Group of Companies Vice President Mirshahin Agayev confirmed the news to Day.Az.

He said Mustafayev now feels good.

The traffic accident took place near the town of Navoi on the route Baku-Gazakh in the evening hours on Sunday, Trend News reported.

Mustafayev was taken to the intensive care department of the Central Clinical Hospital with an open craniocerebral trauma.

The intensive care department confirmed the news. However, additional information about his condition was not provided.
