On Sept. 24, six tanks of the train with black oil, heading from the Dubendi port to the Georgian port of Poti, derailed in the Keshla town of Baku, said Nadir Azmammadov, the Spokesman of the Azerbaijan Railways.

"The carriages have derailed, but none of them turned over. The train headed from the Dubendi to an enterprise with bulk cargoes," said Azmammadov.
At present only three of the six carriages are on the road, he said.
The incident occurred because of the derailment of wheelset.
