Azerbaijani education minister: Security of schools provided at high level

Reports about inspection in the Ministry of Education by the Prosecutor General's Office are untrue, Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov said in response to a question about arrest of heads of education departments in several regions of the country following arrest of the head of the Goranboy education department.
The minister said all schools and kindergartens are secured by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"Significant security measures have been taken at country's schools”.
