The European Human Rights Court has passed two more resolutions on Azerbaijan.

The resolution was passed based on complaints by the Azerbaijan Public Association for the Nature Protection and Rahib Maksimov, representative of the Azerbaijani government to the European Court Chingiz Asgarov said.
Decisions will be announced on Oct. 8.
The Public Association for the Nature Protection was shut down upon the court order. The association is dissatisfied with the decision.
Rahib Maksimov appealed to the European Court in connection with the fact that he participation was not provided when considering the appeal in the Supreme Court.
Both complaints are related to violation of the Article 6 of the Convention (right to a fair trial).
Asgarov said Azerbaijan and the European Court are holding correspondences on 60 complaints.
The European Court has passed 18 resolutions on Azerbaijan so far.
