Azerbaijani football squad advances 14 levels in FIFA rating

The International Association of Football Federations has released rating table of national squads for October.
Azerbaijani squad made a great jump by advancing 14 levels compared to last month.

At present, the team ranks 125th with 213 points. During thecounting of votes, Azerbaijani team played two matches and did not lost scoring four points. Chief coach is Berti Vogts.

In the course of the last month, the Azerbaijani team won 2:0 over Liechtenstein in the World Cup-2010 qualifier on Oct. 10 and drew with Russia 1:1 on Oct. 14.
