Austrian, Azerbaijani law companies establish Central European Law Centre

Austrian law company Lansky, Ganzger & Partner Rechtsanwaelte GmbH and the Baku Law Centre signed an agreement on the joint venture, under the which, the Central-European Law Centre was established in Caucasus, the Austiran company said on Oct. 16.
"Lansky, Ganzger & Partner Rechtsanwaelte GmbH, Vienna (LGP) further extends its reach in Asia underscoring the firm's commitment to broaden its ability to serve clients in the region and open new opportunities on a pro-active basis," the company said.

BHM Lansky, Ganzger & Partners LLC combines the well-established Central and Eastern European experience of Lansky, Ganzger & Partner (LGP) with the prominence of the Baku Law Centre (BHM), the largest law firm in Baku. The JV provides clients with services across a broad range of areas including corporate law, privatization, public sector, infrastructure, energy and other international legal representation. The company has historic strength in the public and near-public sector, having carried out numerous mandates in the sectors of trans­portation, energy, and communal ser­vices. In addition, the firm represents sovereign states in connection with issues of international public law, and such issues as bringing regulations into international standards compliance as well as private and public clients in international arbi­tration matters.
