He said the barbarian attitude towards the monuments of Turkic culture has occurred throughout the world history.

"Unfortunately, it must be noted that many politicians can not resist this process. And only we, together, can save and restore them," said Kaseinov.

Head of TURKSOY noted that a fund has already been established, resources of which will be directed towards maintaining and restoring monuments.
