Azerbaijan shifts to winter time

Clocks will go back one hour in Azerbaijan at 05.00 on Oct. 25 , the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan said.
According to the decision by the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 17, 1997, in Azerbaijan clocks go forward one hour to shift to summer time on the last Sunday of March and clocks go back one hour on the last Sunday of October to shift to winter time.

The State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan oversees implementation of the decision.
