Baku court issues decision on bloggers

Sabayel District Court of Baku held next hearing on the case of bloggers Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade on Nov. 11.
Prosecutor addressed the court session demanding 3 years and 6 months of imprisonment for Emin Milli and 3 years for Adnan Hajizade.

Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade were detained after the incident in 'Lebanese' restaurant in Azerbaijan’s capital on July 8.

They faced charges under articles 127.2.3 (inflicting bodily harm) and 221.2.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
