Azerbaijan to attend "Let's unite CIS area" conference

Azerbaijani Minister will attend the 41st session of the Board of the Communications Administrations Heads of the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications (RCC) to be held on Nov. 25, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies said.

The meeting agenda includes the issues of mutual cooperation between governments in preparing for World Forum of International Telecommunication Union.

Abbasov will also participate in the Summit “Let's unite CIS area” to be held in Minsk on Nov. 26-27.

The meeting aims to mobilize human, financial and technical resources to provide support to the rapid transition of the entire region to digital infrastructure and services which are widely recognized as an engine for future employment, economic growth and socio-economic development.

The event will bring together heads of states and governments, ministers, and representatives of international organizations and major ICT companies.
