Azerbaijani President lham Aliyev has issued a decree on additional measures aimed at improving health services for population of country's Agdam region.
Under the decree, the Presidential Reserve Fund of State Budget 2009 will allocate AZN 1 million for further measures aimed to address social issues, including construction of a new child health clinic and a maternity hospital in Guzanli settlement of Agdam region.
The Ministry of Finance is to undertake financing and the Cabinet Ministers - the rest issues arising from the decree.
The decree says that over the last few years construction work in the non-occupied populated areas of Agdam region which hosts about 86,000 people have expanded, life conditions of internally displaced persons have improved and many social problems have been resolved due to construction of new settlements and implementation of infrastructure projects.
