Nearly 2,000 people examined due to "swine flu" in Azerbaijan

Except the 14 cases confirmed earlier, no new swine flu cases have been revealed in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Republican Anti-Plague Center Deputy Director Shair Gurbanov said.

He said over 2,000 individuals have been examined in the country due to the A/H1N1 virus so far.

“The WHO is likely to send 170,000 doses of vaccines against the swine flu to Azerbaijan in the second of December. These vaccines are meant for people of a risk group,” Gurbanov added.
