Winners of America through My Eyes competition named

Ten artists emerged as the winners in the competition which featured a total of 80 paintings and sculptor works.

Speaking to an award-giving ceremony, the embassy's Charge d' Affaires Donald Lu said some of the works featured in the exhibition were “really very impressive”.

Lu described this kind of events as what contributed to strengthening a dialogue between the United States and “its friends”.

The works by the winners will be put on display at the embassy for several months.
