Azerbaijani Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov: Entertainment center owners should draw conclusions from fire in Perm

Owners of entertainment centers should draw conclusions from the incident in Perm, Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov told media today.

"The Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry has banned use of pyrotechnics for over two years, but still we receive information that some institutions are ignoring this ban," he said.

Heydarov added that fireworks are especially dangerous in basements and places without fire exits.

"First of all, fire prevention should be ensured by citizens and heads of enterprises. The owners of entertainment complexes should not use highly inflammable substances," he said.
