Azerbaijan puts radioactive-polluted water cleaner in operation

A radioactive-polluted water cleaner purchased by the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan was brought to the country and put in operation, said the Minister of Emergency Situations Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov.

The minister said 3,473 smoke-warning detectors against the radioactive-based fire were taken from the enterprises and organizations for the determination and registration of the facilities using the smoke-detectors, examination, replacing the old detectors with new ones.
