Azerbaijan hosts days of Kuwaiti culture

The Culture Days of Kuwait have kicked off in Azerbaijan as part of a series of events Baku has been hosting through the year in the capacity of the Islamic culture capital.

Speaking to the opening ceremony, Azerbaijan's deputy minister of culture and tourism, Alikram Aliyev, and Kuwaiti ambassador, Hassan Yousuf al-Zawawi, expressed hope the event would contribute to boosting the cultural relations between the two countries.

Co-organized by Kuwait’s Ministry of Information and Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Days will feature a range of cultural events, including concerts, meetings and exhibitions.
