Azerbaijan builds detention center for foreigners

Detention facilities are being built for foreigners detained by Azerbaijan’s State Migration Service, State Migration Service Chief Arzu Rahimov said.
Rahimov said the centers are intended for detention of migrants during the period of investigation.

Migrants will be detained in these centers until court decision is made.

Rahimov said the State Migration Service plans to open regional departments by the yearend.
