Houses affected by floods and landslides to be replaced with new ones in Azerbaijan

New houses will be built instead of old ones seriously damaged by floods and landslides in the regions of Azerbaijan, senior inspector of the Construction Security Control Agency of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Gurban Gurbanov said.

Gurbanov said they had already started to build new houses for the people suffered from the floods and landslides in some regions this year.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations will build 48 new houses in Khachmaz, 57 – in Masalli, 3 – in Shirvan, 2- in Shamakhi, 5 – in Gakh, 2- in Guba, 2- in Gusar and 67 – in Hajigabul through funds allocated from the state budget.
