Azerbaijani parliament adopts bill on cotton growing in first reading

Azerbaijani parliament discussed a bill on cotton growing in the first reading on Dec. 25.
The document was submitted by the member of agrarian policy committee Eldar Guliyev.

He said the bill regulates legal, organizational and economic basis of cotton growing in the country, as well as turnover of raw cotton and its products.

The bill was adopted in the first reading.
