U.S. releases postage stamp on 260th anniversary of Azerbaijan's Shusha town

On this Christmas, one of the holiday items of the U.S. Postal Service (PS) was a stamp dedicated to the Shusha town of Azerbaijan founded by Panakh Ali Khan Javanshir in 1751.
It is said to be the first U.S. postage stamp dedicated to the historic town of Shusha in Azerbaijan.
The USPS says the stamp is quite popular. The holiday price of the stamp is $18.95, while the usual price is around $45.
“This stamp was provided by American Azerbaijanis, but among the customers there are many other nationalities," the USPS official said.
