Azerbaijan State Commission: Missing Tovuz resident captured by Armenian side

The commission’s working group has identified that resident of Alibayli village of Tovuz region Eldar Heydar, 47, who was reportedly missing since Dec. 28, 2009, was taken hostage by the Armenian soldiers on that day and he is now in captivity in Armenia.

The State Commission’s working group is taking necessary measures together with the international organizations to release Tagiyev Eldar Heydar from captivity.
