US embassy donates books to Azerbaijan’s Museum of Miniature Book

Head of the museum Zarifa Salahova emphasized a special role of Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev in creation of the museum.

The charge d'affaires at the embassy Donald Lu said the museum has a significant place in Azerbaijan's culture.

“We are satisfied that connoisseurs of art, who arrive in Azerbaijan, will also familiarize with these books”, said Mr. Lu.

The books of American artists were demonstrated at the exhibition held in Baku last December as part of the 4th International Biennial of Contemporary Art.
