Azerbaijani President inaugurates residential building for Karabakh war disabled and shahid families - UPDATED - PHOTOS

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev opened a newly-constructed residential building for the Karabakh war disabled and shahid families here and attended a car handover ceremony for the war disabled on Feb. 23.

Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Fuzuli Alakbarov told the Head of State that the building has 81 flats.

President Ilham Aliyev presented apartment occupancy permits to Karabakh war disabled and shahid families.

The Head of State handed over car keys to the World War II and Karabakh war disabled.

President Ilham Aliyev toured the building and congratulated owners of new cars and apartments.
