Azerbaijani President orders celebration of Uzeyir Hajibayli’s 125th anniversary

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Executive Order on drawing up a plan of action to celebrate the 125th anniversary of outstanding Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibayli.

Under the presidential order, the ministries of culture and tourism and education and the National Academy of Sciences are instructed to prepare the plan of action in collaboration with the Composers' Union.
