Soldier shots dead fellow soldier in Azerbaijan

A soldier has shot dead his fellow soldier at a military unit in Azerbaijan's Terter region.
20-year-old soldier Vilayat Novruzov, conscript from the Gobustan region, fired from handgun at  his fellow soldier Rovshan Aliyev, drafted from Bilasuvar region as a result of reckless handling of the arm.

An investigation has been launched into the case.

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry confirmed the fact.
