French University hosts "Day of Azerbaijan"

Azeri students studying in foreign countries as part of the SOCAR Scholarship Program usually organize a lot of events to bring Azerbaijani realities to the world community.

Recently the University of Nancy of France (Nancy-Université) hosted the Day of Azerbaijan.

The event brought together students of the University and the program’s leadership.

Azeri students Orkhan Heydarov, Mehdi Mehdiyev and Tahir Mammadov studying at the University of Nancy have organized a special display featuring the information about Azerbaijan’s geography, national symbols, capital, history, economy, culture, music, tourism, oil and gas industry.
