Azerbaijani President offers condolences to Russian counterpart over deadly Moscow blast

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev over the loss of lives caused by blasts in Moscow Metro trains.

The letter says: “The news of human loss as a result of blasts in Moscow Metro trains was a source of great sorrow to me. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you, families and relatives of the dead and all the people of Russia, and wish the injured speedy recovery.”
