Investigation on Azerbaijani Oil Academy mass shooting finished

The criminal investigation into the bloody event took place at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy last April has been finished, Court of Grave Crimes said.
The investigative materials about the shooting and mass killing at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy on April 30, 2009 have been sent to the Court of Grave Crime Sessions, but the proceedings have not been launched yet.

An unknown man entered the building of Azerbaijan State Oil Academy shooting at anyone he saw from the first floor up to the sixth floor.

12 were killed, 13 wounded in the aftermath of the shooting. After the rampage, gunman shot himself.

Nadir Aliyev, Ariz Gabulov, Javidan Amirov and Najaf Suleymanov were arrested according to the relevant articles of the Criminal Code.
