Moscow to host exhibition devoted to Azerbaijani art figure

The exhibition on the modern Azerbaijani art devoted to Azerbaijan’s untimely deceased art figure Leyla Akhundzade will open in the Aydan Gallery in Moscow on April 9.

It was Akhundzade who first initiated this exhibition, Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry Spokesperson Zohra Aliyeva said.

The exhibition will feature works by Leyla Akhundzade herself, people’s artist Eldar Gurbanov, artists Tarlan Gorchu, Farid Rasulov, Rashad Alakbarov, Orkhan Huseynov, Babi Badalov and Rashid Akhundzade.

The curator of the exhibition is Aydan Salahova.

The exhibition will last a month.
