Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister: The country can participate in international aeromodelling competitions

Azerbaijan can participate in international competitions of aeromodelling, Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov said on a scientific and technical exhibition in Baku.

According to him, each of the Olympic complexes has an opportunity to test models of helicopters and the Ministry of Youth and Sport is ready to provide support for Azerbaijan's participation in international competitions.

Baku hosted a scientific and technical exhibition, which demonstrated the best work of pupils on aeromodelling, automodelling, shipmodelling, rocket and space modelling.

According to Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov, special attention should be given to such an activity, as this contributes to effective use of students' free time.
