A mentally ill man "wreaks havoc" on the streets of Baku – PHOTOS

Yes, you got it right.

A strange, possibly mentally ill man appears to wander the streets of Azerbaijani capital, and causing trouble to local drivers. “Jumbulu”, the man, performs strange shows, sometimes right in the middle of the road, thus stopping the car movement.

By doing this he earns his living, so to speak. No one is aware of where he lives. Local police are able to catch him from time to time, even question him, but somehow he again ends up on the street. Strange, but true. Below are the pictures.
